Full Time Outside Porter Condo

Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday Every 5 weeks

Your Role as a Porter:
As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is safe and presentable.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in public and operational spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, pool areas, clubhouses ,BBQ area, trash rooms and outdoor areas.
Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
Empty trash and remove debris from grounds and common spaces.
Operate basic maintenance equipment such as power blowers.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Use a mobile device to clock in/out, receive work orders, and communicate with the team.
Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must speak some English to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and receiving work orders.
Background check required.
