Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday Every 5 weeks
Time: 8am to 4:30 pm with 30 min

Your Role as a Porter:
As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is safe and presentable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in public and operational spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, pool areas, clubhouses ,BBQ area, trash rooms and outdoor areas.
- Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
- Empty trash and remove debris from grounds and common spaces.
- Operate basic maintenance equipment such as power blowers.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Use a mobile device to clock in/out, receive work orders, and communicate with the team.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must speak some English to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and receiving work orders.
- Background check required.
