Full-Time Maintenance Helper – Class A Office Building

West Palm Beach, FL Monday – Friday | 40 Hours Per Week 18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Helper to support a Class A commercial office building in West Palm Beach. This role is critical in ensuring the property remains clean, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily general maintenance of the building.
Perform painting and touch-up work throughout the property.
Pressure wash sidewalks, entrances, and exterior common areas.
Complete basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment inside and out.
Identify and report maintenance needs to ensure issues are handled proactively.
Work as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in general maintenance required.
Experience with painting and pressure washing required.
Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing).
Must be able to read and write English.
