Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Helper to support a Class A commercial office building in West Palm Beach. This role is critical in ensuring the property remains clean, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily general maintenance of the building.
- Perform painting and touch-up work throughout the property.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, entrances, and exterior common areas.
- Complete basic maintenance and repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment inside and out.
- Identify and report maintenance needs to ensure issues are handled proactively.
- Work as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in general maintenance required.
- Experience with painting and pressure washing required.
- Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing).
- Must be able to read and write English.
